Design

Load-bearing structure comprising multiple modular standard components, each of which is 1.5 m long:

Fixed height: 60 cm
Minimum inner dimensions of the smallest bund: 1.5 m x 1.5 m

Geomembrane fitted to the dimensions of the structure requested by the customer. Fitted with sleeves into which are inserted the tubes and the straps, which are attached the legs.

2 versions: BSTUB “ECO” and BSTUB “PLUS” (high-resistance membrane).

30-cm strip of yellow tarpaulin on the lower part of the bund, which allows the whole perimeter of the bund to be ballasted and provides greater resistance to the wind.

Each tubular storage bund is fitted with a 1.5’’ drain valve and a safety siphon to dispose of the excess rainwater.

Use a temporary bund

Our BSTUB bunds are designed for safe storage of your electrical transformers once they’ve been disconnected. Fast and simple to set up, they feature a membrane that is oil and UV resistant. Installation of a temporary bund

If necessary, our specialists can take care of the entire installation process. It is delivered with geotextile linings under the bund to compensate for the unevenness of the ground and in the bund to accommodate the materials.

Our tubular storage bunds must be installed on a pre-prepared site (without any unevenness, concrete floor, etc.). The structure is placed around the geomembrane, the tubes slide inside the sleeves and are attached to the legs. The legs are then fastened to the ground.

Each side can be assembled separately so that it is possible to enter the bund to fit equipment. If equipment has to be rolled into the bund, rails will be needed to prevent damage to the geomembrane.
