Anti-vibration systems for electrical transformers. Transformers can emit vibrations through the metal containment bunds, which spread into the immediate environment. These vibrations can cause an increase in the level of noise pollution, which is likely to cause disruption to the environment. Our noise reduction units can mitigate this disruption.

Our anti-vibration systems are available in different hardness grades with their own specific frequencies and absorption capacities.
Two specific hardnesses are particularly appropriate for insulating the containment bund from the ground and for insulating the wheels of the transformers installed on beams or on the bottom of our bunds.
Made from nitrile rubber, the panels are resistant to almost all types of oils used in the transformer industry.

High-performance noise absorption capacity: At least 90% of the vibrations generated by the electrical transformers.
This suspension unit is fitted with a system of blocks for the grating and has its own frequency of 10 to 15 Hz.
If we take the example of a 4T transformer, we obtain 97% absorption of the 100Hz harmonic and 93% of the 50 Hz harmonic.
It also has good resistance to oil and electrical conductivity.
