Anti-vibration pads for transformers and noise reduction system. Transformers can emit vibrations through the metal containment bunds, which spread into the immediate environment. These vibrations can cause an increase in the level of noise pollution, which is likely to cause disruption to the environment. Our noise reduction units can mitigate this disruption.

Our anti-vibration systems are available in different hardness grades with their own specific frequencies and absorption capacities.
Two specific hardnesses are particularly appropriate for insulating the containment bund from the ground and for insulating the wheels of the transformers installed on beams or on the bottom of our bunds.
Made from nitrile rubber, the panels are resistant to almost all types of oils used in the transformer industry.
They are compatible with the bunds from the BR and BAF product ranges.

High-performance noise absorption capacity: At least 90% of the vibrations generated by the electrical transformers.
This suspension unit is fitted with a system of blocks for the grating and has its own frequency of 10 to 15 Hz.
If we take the example of a 4T transformer, we obtain 97% absorption of the 100Hz harmonic and 93% of the 50 Hz harmonic.
It also has good resistance to oil and electrical conductivity.
Among the environmental concerns, noise pollution is not necessarily the one that comes to mind first. However, they exist and can affect the comfort of local residents.

Our anti-vibration pads can absorb shocks and vibrations with an efficiency up to 70 %. These pads are available in different hardnesses, each with its own frequency range and absorption capacity. We have chosen two specific hardnesses for use with oil retention bunds, corresponding to the insulation of the tank itself from the ground, and the insulation of transformer wheels on the tank support beams or the bottom of our tanks. Made of nitrile rubber, the pads resist practically all types of oil used in the transformer industry.
Where the highest levels of vibration attention are required, the silent blocks have been designed to have a minimum absorption of 98% of vibrations produced by electrical transformers. Those products must be installed in place of the transformer wheels. The assembly has a natural frequency of 3 to 5 Hz depending on the load. In case of a 50 Hz frequency, a minimum absorption of 99,4% is reached. The model for indoor use does have high resistance to oil and temperature.
