Design

This safety accessory is made of hot-dip galvanised steel. TRANSPOSE® is easily installed to ensure stability in all 3 dimensions.

Vertical stability is ensured by 2 robust, height-adjustable feet positioned on the outside of the building, and by the support beams resting on the slab inside the building.
“Front/rear” stability is ensured by the doorframe’s pincer.
Left/right » stability is ensured by the 2 sturdy feet resting on the floor outside the building, by the support beams resting on the slab, and by the doorframe being clamped in place.

Installation

The built-in spirit level makes it easy to adjust and position the TRANSPOSE®.

Support beams are quickly positioned thanks to visual markings indicating the usual center-to-center distances of the transformer supports to be operated (520 / 670 / 820).

Once installed and adjusted: to remove the transformer from its building or shelter, the operator pushes the transformer on a roller to position it on the TRANSPOSE® support beams (outside the building/shelter). The transformer is then lifted onto the trailer.

To install the transformer in its building/shelter, it is first craned and positioned on the TRANSPOSE®. The operator then pushes the transformer on rollers to its final position inside the building.

To take the strain off the operator, an optional drawbar can be positioned on the rear crossbeam.
