This range of standard fire-suppression bunds has been developed to meet the requirements of EN 61936-1, which requires a natural dielectric extinguishing system for indoor installations.

The CRAF range has been specifically eco-designed to minimise the costs of indoor installation, while offering a sleek, streamlined design. The range covers electrical transformers from 100 kVA to 3.5 MVA. CRAF bunds are a perfect technical and economic alternative to traditional reinforced concrete constructions.

Design
CRAF fire-suppression bunds are made of steel with a polyurethane coating that complies with EN-ISO 12 944-C3 MID to ensure durability and corrosion resistance.
The design of the support beams complies with EUROCODE 3 standards, guaranteeing a solid and robust structure.
The containment bund has a built-in MX®-type fire extinguishing system that allows for rapid disposal of the dielectric substances in the bund and the natural extinguishing of the flames
