100 to 2500 kVA transformers for the standard product line, larger than that on request.
300 and 1000A inductance coils, capacitors, compensating impedances, autotransformers, TSA-TCI, etc.
REMINDER / REGULATION
Given the current regulations on environmental protection, it is stipulated that most liquid dielectrics are not allowed to penetrate the natural environment, which, in practice, often requires the use of a self-contained retention bund.
For all questions regarding the use of a bund, refer to Decree 77-254 dated 08/03/1977 (Water Law), to Decree 79-981 dated 21/11/1979 (Law on the recuperation of waste oil), to Decree 2001-63 dated 18/01/2001 (Law on the elimination of PCBs), to ADR 2009 (road transportation), as well as NF 17-300 (fire safety).
UTILIZATION
Achieving compliance with current standard measures for electrical substations inside buildings.
This equipment can also be used outdoors with the addition of a safety siphon and the FILTRELEC system that continuously drains rainwater.
The integrated extinguishing system allows quick dielectric discharge to the bund as well as natural fire suppression.
DESIGN
Hot galvanised sheet steel for greater durability.
Grounding system by copper or stainless steel lug.
Complete dielectric containment. Compliance with standard NF C 13,200.
Tested sealing. Bunds are individually tested through the ARDROX 996 P2 process approved by the APAVE.
Extinguishing system relying on galvanised sheet baffles assembled in the factory.
Optional:
- Integrated bearing roller system to roll the transformer and the bund into a small area
- 1, 1.5 or 2 inches emptying valve
- 1, 1.5 or 2 inches siphon
- Sound reducing plates to be placed under the bund
- Insulating teflon plates to be installed under the rollers
- FILTRELEC : filtration system installed on the emptying valve allowing rainwater to drain while trapping traces of hydrocarbons.
INSTALLATION
The transformer is mounted on 2 specific galvanised profiles with adjustable width depending on the interaxial bearing rollers of the transformer.
Upon request, these profiles can be mounted lengthwise.
